With over a decade of experience in recruitment, I’ve worked closely with businesses across a range of sectors, supporting them through both successful hires and challenging hiring situations.
One thing has always been clear, hiring is never just about filling a role. It’s about understanding the bigger picture.
I’ve seen how the right hire can strengthen a team, improve performance, and support long-term growth. Equally, I’ve seen how the wrong hire can impact productivity, culture, and business stability.
These experiences shaped the way I approach recruitment today.
